You can try applying under SPP colleges with your percentage. Take the IELTS you need considerable improvement in your English speaking skills overall.

Since you have great percentage in 12th, I would suggest you to drop as you don't deserve an average college. Moreover, work hard for it throughout the year and believe that you can make it to that.

Minimum Eligibility to Apply is to pass 10+2 with 45%. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in qualifying exam. Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in qualifying exam and performance in personal interview.
