It would be quite hard, on the basis of your background like category and education in graduation. I would suggest you to look for other options meanwhile.

If you have any quota, then you can do B.Com and B.Com (Hons.) from DU but without quota, you can't take admission in DU.
But in private colleges, you can easily take admission.

Please check for your eligibility to apply to this course from the criteria mentioned below:
Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a pass mark of 60% in class 12 with Mandatory Subjects : Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics
Candidate must have studied Biology/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Computer Science as an optional subject.
Admission is based on the rank obtained in IIT-JEE/ National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). Interested candidates can apply online with required information. Regards.

Registrations for the ICAI Foundation & Intermediate courses are open throughout the year. However, students willing to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination should apply before 31st July of that year. Hi Dharmendra!
Intermediate is better any day. Most institutes will ask for your 12th class certificate in order to consider your admission for Bachelor's degree.

He should take a drop and prepare for CLAT which is an examination for entrance in National Law Universities. In addition to CLAT he can also give SET, IPU CET MHCET etc. If he doesn't want to take drop, he can take admission in UPES, ICFAI etc.
