You can go for international institute of culinary arts (IICA) because IICA students are given a combination of classroom lectures & the best industrial exposure to ensure that each student gets the finest work opportunities upon completion of their course. So, in practical experiments, student get more knowledge. Here are the requirements for the same (IICA)
1) 12thPass with 60% avg. Percentage or higher
2) IICA Entrance Test (General Knowledge + English Language + Aptitude).

Hi there,
You have many options available with you. You can go for Bachelor's or can opt a job on basis of your 12th or 10th. You can appear in national wide exams like JEE, Set and many university entrance tests.Along with this you can again apply for Polytechnic entrances. I personally suggest you to work smart in studies and give JEE or NEET.Doing Bachelor's is a best option.

Go to this link and in point no. 4 there is a link of PDF, it has everything you want to know. As your situation is bit of complex, I mean studying in a CBSE school in a foreign country, I would suggest you to follow the above mentioned procedure and if you have any further queries regarding the same you better contact to the given contact details in that PDF.

Hi Tushar,
With a 12th qualification, only you won't get any job. So, understand that you must have basic qualifications, do a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, if you have a good profile you can try applying to foreign universities. You can check in Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. Since these countries have work permits for international students, you can work for some months or years after completing studies. And decide what kind of job you want to do and study accordingly.

Panjab University is the no.1 ranked university among Indian universities according to Times' rankings.
If I talk about my review, Panjab University is the best in Chandigarh, I believe it should be declared a central university keeping in mind its reputation and other facilities.
I will like to mention some points that make this university "the best".
1. Beautiful campus: The panjab university campus, according to me, us the most beautiful thing you can see here at Chandigarh.
