For CBSE theoretical part consists of 70 marks and 30 marks are practical based. In Science. For comm 80 and 20 are considered however maths is of 100 marks. Your class 11 marks does not effect your 12th marks. You can perform very well for 12th boards. Overall weightage is same.

Because fine arts consist theory 40% and practical 60% so they will convert marks on pro-rata basis and then a deduction on 2.5%
This is how you can include the subject so they include in best four but they deduct 2.5% from your overall %.

As you have completed 12th, IT is tough time to choose the best option for your career. My suggestion is to you that you should find from yourself that in which field you are most interested, Then you should decide. This will really help you a lot. You should do B.Tech that makes you overall developed. After B.Tech, You have many scope to go and to build your career. And doing B.Tech at good college can take you in Best company for job. So Take admission in any best private college. All the best for future.

In this matter, just listen to yourself. The field in which you are fully interested, go for that. Don't decide your career in any pressure. Think about it; no one can advise you.
