Hello Nitin, Top 20 percentile is calculated by checking if you scored more than 80% of the students who took the exam. You can check with your school and NIOS directly.

Hi Arslan!
There are many options your friend can choose to pursue, for that he/she must know in which line his/her interest lies. Just like:
1) B.Com if interested in finance
2) BBA management studies
3) Eco honors: if his interest lies in economic, you must have maths for it. These are the degrees related to commerce. If his/her interest lies in any other subject he can definitely go for it. So ask your friend about the choice of subject interested in. Wishing you and your friend good luck!

Board marks are nothing to do with VIT admission but you have to eligible for it atleast 60% in physics, chemistry, maths in intermediate. You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT. Hope this helps. Additional Information: Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE Rank: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor?utm_source=cconnect&utm_medium=CR_JEECP&utm_campaign=8321427.

No, DTU considers good percentage marks students only to be eligible for admission. They require minimum percentage to be around 98. If you have less marks and percentage in CBSE then there is less chances that you will admission in DTU. But you can try once . Hope for the best and all the best.

Good evening dear,
In most of the cases, the institutes conduct their own entrance tests for admission so that grade plays a major role in the process of admission.
But if the institute has 12th grades in priority then test is not necessarily conducted and admission is not possible in that case.
Thanks.
All the best.
