My advice is not to go for any coaching institutes it will be only the waste of money and time too, you already know that people are preparing for IITs since there childhood then also they are not getting a single seat and in my view one year is not enough to prepare for such a tough examination. Yes, if in case you are very good and one of the bright student then you can drop your one year. Else take admission in any private college and study well it will be much better for you.

Yes, there is only one way which is through management quota . Many colleges are there in south like RV College of Engineering, MS Ramaiah, Dayanand Sagar, BMS, BIT and SIT are in Bangalore. fee will vary according to college. One more thing, as you are taking admission through management quota, it will be very expensive. You should have given the COMEDK exam. By the way don't worry you have many other opportunities as well don't just stick to engineering.

If you have qualified JEE Mains then there are good colleges like Nirma Institute of Technology and Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Technology. These are the best colleges for which you have to fill up the online form for counselling. You will be shortlisted on the basis of your 12th and JEE Mains marks.
