Yes, you can and you should join the academy now, if you can manage to balance between your graduation and IAS coaching. The IAS preparation takes a lot of time and effort, so it is always better to start early. Just make sure, that you don't let your graduation suffer in the process.

It is difficult to get admission for BCA. Most of the colleges demand Math score for BCA admission, so it might be tricky to get into BCA course. Getting admission for B.Com should be easier.

Freshers who completed their Intermediate can start their career by applying for Jobs after class 12th. Contenders completed their class 12th can be appointed as LDC, MS, Steno, Store Keeper, Sol Tech; Sol Tech Nursing Assistant etc. after qualifying the selection procedure.

Different institutes/universities have different selection criteria for BBA+MBA programme. Some of them conduct their own entrance exam, and some accept centralized entrance exam score. No dear, this is not possible to do class 12th with Commerce, and then do B.Sc. So, you have to repeat class 12th with science stream, because both the streams are completely different from each other. And, B.Sc in physics is again a difficult one. But, if you are sure now to change your stream, then you must pursue class 12 with science again.
