You can apply for study loan and continue your further studies in the stream in which you are interested.

It takes near about 8 to 10 months. So you should apply to it from your 12th standard. It will take three to four months after applying for it to get an offer from the college. Then arranging visa and other things take 3-4 months.

First, go through all your NCERT topics and solve examples of same. Also, you have to maintain an aggregate of 75% in your PCM.

Students who have less than 70%marks can apply for improvement.

In my opinion, dropping your one year is just a waste. In fact, by taking admission now makes a continuity and the habit of self-study is in practice also. I advise you to take admission in a good college for computer Science branch.If you drop one year, then you have to make sure that you study well for JEE mains. (If you are dropping a year for JEE main paper) and qualify it with a good score, so that you can get the admission in an IIT or IIIT etc.
