As per your academics and score, you might get a call from a decent college but having said this, +2 and graduation score is less.
Based on the CAT score, you might get a good call but try to convert it as because of the composite score, you can miss some good calls.

No, 12th appearing students are not eligible to attend UGC NET. Candidates who are applying to UGC NET should have completed their Masters, or appearing for their final examinations in Masters are eligible to apply.
