Yes, it is necessary. Though you have a good percentage in board exams the admission is based on the ranks in JEE Advanced and so you need to write JEE Mains as well as JEE Advanced.
You need to have a minimum of 75% to be eligible to write JEE.

No, the procedure is very different in foreign countries than that of India. In Indian colleges, you generally go through written test and creativity test. But abroad, it's all based on your portfolio and personal interview. There isn't any kind of writing or drawing test.
For more information, you should consult "Edwise ". They consult free of cost. If you will apply to a college thorough them, then the chances of getting admittions in a college will be more. They will also guide you for Visa and ILETS.

The scholarship pattern for MBA is -
For 100% Scholarship
Eligibility - Students securing 93% aggregate and above ((excluding Physical Education/ Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects) in CBSE/ ICSE Board of Class XII and 80% in Graduation.
For 50% Scholarship
Eligibility - Students securing 90% aggregate and above (excluding Physical Education/ Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects) in CBSE/ ICSE Board of Class XII and 75% in Graduation.
