Oh! What happened? What is causing you to think of discarding engineering and joining architecture course? There is no doubt in my mind that you would get admission in architecture since you have shown that you could get admission in engineering. But believe me, both are almost similar. 4 years courses. You will have to spend four more years just to become graduate. I would strongly advise you to complete your engineering first since you have almost reached half way mark, and then think of doing something different.

You need to have at least the passing score in that subject.

You are, yet, a maths student. It is easy to go for MBA after completing BBA. It is a course for business administration and basic knowledge for business. So, I suggest to go for MBA after completing BBA.

The ideal course is B.Tech or B.E. In Mechanical Engineering. Robotics and Automation are taught as majors in this discipline. You will find colleges abroad offering B.Sc. Courses in Robotics, AI etc. But then its is always better to opt for mechanical engineering for a strong foundation and conceptualization.

To study law, one must either do an integrated law programme which is of five years or complete an B.A. Or B.Sc. Degree before applying for a three year LL.B course. You can decide which one to opt for. To study law, popular entrance exams are
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
ISAT India - Law School Admission Test.
Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
AIL Entrance Test (Army Institute of Law B.A. LL.B. Entrance Test) etc.
You can choose your area of specialisation during the course of study. Also most specializations are offered during the Masters course so you have to aim for it.

You have to first decide where you want to study, remember that every country has different admission requirements and you have to prepare accordingly. Mainly, you have to maintain good academic record, so work hard on your studies, if you are a good student you will have options everywhere. You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS for English language proficiency requirements. You may have to take exams like SAT or ACT if you want to study in USA.
