Candidates who wish to pursue CA can register for the CA CPT exam after class X while they can appear for the exam after class XII.

First, you need to decide which course do you plan to pursue and depending on the courses we can suggest you the college.

Choose the field of your interest. No course is bad. All the fields have a lot of scope. If you are studying hard and honestly, don't get demotivated from anyone, choose your career in the field you are interested.

I would suggest you to go for BBA course. It has a lot of scope.

Consider NIOS 1-year BiPC course and enter medical field to study MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BPT, etc. For this, you are eligible only after a year gap after 10th. Also, ask the institute for exemptions for already studied subjects at the same level or higher level.
If you have an interest in pure science subjects like B.Sc botany, zoology and chemistry, BRAOU-Hyderabad is giving a chance to all +2 holders to pursue B.Sc after getting 50% marks in their 1st-year subject science and technology, but it is a distance course.
+2 (PCM) candidates are eligible for dpharm/B.Pharma courses as well.

There are potentially hundreds of courses which you can pursue after class 12. Make sure you keep your grades up so that you qualify the minimum criteria for admissions in most institutes.
