If you want to do the Diploma in computer science and it has more scope to get better placement after completion of your graduation. Otherwise, if you study +2 (MPC) after tenth later, you are eligible to do the B.Tech (CSE), By doing +2, you get more knowledge about maths and physics, & vice versa benefits. Both the courses have the pros and cons. So, you can decide based on these.

It does not matter if you didn't have maths in class 12th. For MBA, you should have completed your graduation and class 12 with 50% of marks. You are eligible for admission in DFS. You have to clear CAT exam and based on your scores you can get admission. After clearing the CAT exam, you have to clear the Group discussion and Personal Interview round. Based on the cumulative scores of the three rounds, you may get admission. The cut-off will be declared based on the results.

Board practicals are more important than UID Aptitude test because without passing in all subjects in boards theory and practical, you will not get admission in any college. Also, there are other universities providing B.Des courses. So, if by any chance the date clashes then you must attempt your practicals.
