First, you need to decide what you want to study and where. You have to check the entry requirements accordingly since they differ. First of all, CA is a professional course, you don't need admission for that. You can go into CA stream and I believe any student of any stream can go into charted accountancy after 12th. Even science stream students are excelling more in that because of mathematics and CA starts with CPT exam which is a general and common one. It hardly matters which stream you belong to but successive exams of IPCC and finals are totally accountancy based.

No, you are not eligible for BMS. I'm a BMS student. Those who are interested in doing BMS/BFIA, must have maths and English in 12th.
