Hello,
If you are satisfactorily fulfilling the age limit criteria which is : The upper age limit to be eligible for JEE Main is 25. Age limit is relaxed by five years for SC, ST, PwD candidates, Then you can continue your studies. Also you have to appear in entrance exams like JEE-Mains, State CETs, etc.

Totally your choice all your subjects till 12th other than accounts actually have no relation and also if you aren't from accounts background it's alright.

UGAT BBA 2018 Eligibility
Candidates registering for UGAT BBA 2018 must ensure that they check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Candidates must note that applications that do not comply by the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials.
UGAT 2018 eligibility criteria is as follows:
The candidate must have cleared 10+2 from a recognized board.
The aspirants should have secured at least 50% marks at 10+2 level.
Candidates waiting for their results can also apply
The aspirant should be at least 17 years of age while appearing for the exam.

Hello Kumar, For JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, you have to study both 11th and 12th CBSE syllabus because most of the contents are linked to the previous topics so you cannot skip one of them or focus on just one. Also you have to secure good scores in boards too. This balance will help you to get a good percentile score at the end.
