If you are interested in BBA, then pursue BBA and also prepare for CAT and other MBA entrance exams so that you can go for MBA and have better career opportunities. If you get a good B-School, you may get a good career start. After BBA, you can also get a job. There are two options either you go for BBA and MBA or after BBA, do a job for 2 to 3 years and then go for E-MBA. Both options are good. But try to pursue BBA and MBA from a reputed B-School.

You can take help of the following tips & tricks:
-Make a fixed schedule.
-Make a list of books and notes and study material you want to prepare from.
-Make a complete sight on the syllabus for exams.
-Mark the important topics and read them first.
-Ask your teachers in case of doubts.
-Do prepare a list of formulas and basic concepts for quick revision.
-Solve previous year's questions for practice.
-Stay positive and work by heart. Don't waste a single minute from now.
-Give equal time to both JEE & board exam preparation.

Applicants must pass an Intermediate/ 12th Board Exam with specialization in any of the areas of Arts, Science or Commerce from the University can apply for this course.
Applicants should be passed from the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination or Diploma course in any Engineering Branches to apply for the admission.
Applicants must score an aggregate of minimum 45% marks in the exam to apply for the admission.

Remembering is very less in organic. Learn it like physics, note the concepts, note the basic fundamentals behind each reaction like whether it is nucleophilic or electrophilic, are there conditions for 2 and order reaction or is it elimination or substitution. And, practice past year IIT papers.
