Start practicing all the basics for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You may consider joining a coaching institute as the competition is huge and harsh.
One mark can lead to a large difference in the final IIT JEE rank, therefore you need to be versed with all the basics.
Be devoted, dedicated and determined. Have a clear goal and be proactive rather than reactive. Take notes while you study. Do not panic when a new method of solving questions or a new approach is introduced. Always review what you have studied in the past few days. Keep a day in a week to test yourself. Always ask your teacher when you cannot understand

You have not mentioned as to which course do you intend to pursue. Without knowing as to which course you want to pursue, it is difficult to suggest a university. Also, even though your 10th, 12th and IELTS are good enough your overall score is not sufficient for admission as the minimum requirement for admission in good universities is at least 70 to 75% overall in your finals. All the best.

If you are really good at either physics, chemistry or maths and you want to go ahead on with it and do research and all, then, Bachelor of science would suit you. Or you can also opt for engineering if research work is not that of an interest to you.
If you are good at computer science as compared to others, you can opt for CS or IT stream in engineering. Do what you are best at doing.
All the best.
