It's good to know that you are already doing BALLB. After passing out, you can either get attached to a corporate lawyer or get job in a company as counselor.

Your dreams are great but for becoming engineer, you need to have PCM in 12th, then appear for and clear entrance exam and then admission. May be you can think of doing AMIE.

You have to first analyse the area where your strength lies.
Based on that choose the appropriate stream. For BCA, all institutes will expect the candidates to have studied physics, chemistry and maths.
For some of the institutes, there will also be an entrance exam.
