Hello Sanjay,
It's quite great to know your desire to commence studies of Engineering. Unfortunately many states including JEE Mains has only three year window for appearing. I think you will have great chance in West Bengal since in this state there is no upper age limit and also student from any corner of India can take admission.

I would advise you to get a Bachelor degree in your home country then apply for Masters program in abroad.

Aeronautical engineering is a study about the design and systems of an aircraft. It involves practical and theoretical understanding of materials, assembling parts, testing and maintenance of aircraft. Professional engineers working in this domain have to be licensed aeronautical engineers.
Scope of aeronautical engineering:
1. There is a lot of scope in government organisations including defence.

Definitely, you can apply for the engineering course without Diploma. Diploma is a different path for joining engineering course. You can apply by EAMCET if you are a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
