Hi Shreyash, well now this depends on your budget limit. USA is overall expensive and if you are looking for an affordable option it has to be either a state university like Iowa State University, Ohio State University, etc. or a bottom ranked mediocre university. You can check here for options

There are many like you in the same situation who have risen to the occasion and secured a decent job. You should opt for arts in HSC. You can pursue BA in graduation as BA will be the right option and once you complete BA, you can start preparing for IPS, you will definitely get through the exams if you really work hard.
