Different universities have different cut-offs for admission in B.Sc (Military Science). DU cutoffs go as high as 99.25%, whereas other universities accept B.Sc aspirants with 70% marks. It is advisable that you check online for the cut-offs in different colleges/universities.

You may opt for Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma too. Please check here on the link below since you will know what you actually are interested in. Canadian universities are very selective, if you have grades below 70% apply to colleges under SPP for maximum chances

It will be difficult in Canada since what you want to study is not relevant to your prior education. Look for other countries like Australia or New Zealand.

If you have cleared 12th class (PCM) with more than 60% marks then you just have to come to the college along with the relevant admission fee and consult the administrative office.
