Hi Himanshu,
I would suggest you work on your weak areas by learning and practice because of which you lagged behind, and try to maintain your strengths.
For this, you can do a few things like (a) managing your time properly. This can be done by diving your time according to the priority of the tasks, give more time to studies (self-study), and less time to your refreshment activities.
(b) You should try to figure out your weaknesses and strengths and improve or make them better by the regular practising and learning.
(c) You should stay in contact with the people who can help you resolve your study related problems.
(d) Most importantly-Do

Hello Aman,
To get admission into IIMs, you need to have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50-60%.
Then you need to clear CAT exam with a good percentile like 90 and above.
Only then you can get admission into IIMs.

You need to complete your MBBS first. However, there is no MBBS in Canada. You will be required to complete your Bachelor's degree first and clear the MCAT (also 65% is too low for admission into a medical school). Look for options in Australia or New Zealand.
