Though you can study and there is no limit to it, you should check with the universities first, they will question your gap year and you must have a genuine reason for the same. Keeping aside your academic grades if your overall profile is not impressive then I am afraid chances are poor. Extra curricular activities which can be in the form of voluntary work, project work, sports, etc., are a must. Also, why do you want to take both SAT and GMAT? SAT is for admissions into UG programs while GMAT for MBA. You should decide what to study first, check the admission requirements on university websites and have a fair idea of what is required and what is not.
