Nice to see you have already started thinking/dreaming about your future. Hotel Management is a professional course and with the explosion in tourist arrivals in India, jobs after education is almost guaranteed. BBA alone may not get you a job. You may have to think of MBA.

The minimum percentage in 12th board exams is 75% for general category and 65% for SC, ST and PWD candidates. You need to secure the above percentage or should be in the top 20 percentile students from your board means you should be in the top 20% of students from your WB board.

It's nice to know that you already have a dream. Yes, joining banking industry is a good thought. But if you want to join as an officer you will have to do graduation and then take a competitive exam for PO. It's the best.

There are plenty of professional courses available for you to choose from.
For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe Ph.D. or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA or LLB.
You also have the option of lesser-known courses like FRM, CFA, actuary among others.you can also go for various certification courses conducted by many institutions across the country.
If you wanna go for MBA, you have the option of appearing in CAT.
There's this option of exploring government job opportunities and banking sector too.
It all depends on what path you want to take.
All the best!
