Hi Anaya,
Both are equally good courses you have to choose according to your interest only. The veterinarians are in high demand in countries like Canada, US, Australia, etc. The career scope of veterinary science is large and is growing faster day by day as people tend to become pet-friendly in nature. The veterinarians work in private clinics, animal hospitals, and laboratories.
On the other hand, after completion of the nursing course, there are various career opportunities available. The nurses can get jobs in both government and private sectors. Mostly they work in areas like government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age

B.Sc is more about theory and B.Tech is all about the practical applications of the physics, chemistry and mathematics. B.Sc graduates go for teaching, research, and preparation for government jobs, whereas B.Tech graduates get jobs in MNCs and can always do same as the B.Sc graduates. If you have interest in practical applications you can opt of engineering and if you like to study theory then you can opt for B.Sc.

Explanation is just for your reference to make you understand the concept. When you talk about 12th board physics the question paper consists of derivations and problems to its tip and very less questions on explanation. But chemistry part 1 paper is some what like physics but part 2 has major theory which you can prepare by making charts for organic part. But you must read the explanation too just to clear your concepts. Don't by heart it.
Thankyou.
