Hi Ragavendra,
Robotics is a branch of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering and computer science and the study of robotics deals with the design of robots, construction and application, use of computer systems for their control, sensory and information processing etc . Whereas CSE covers a variety of topics such as programming languages, software design and development and computer hardware etc. You have to choose what to do based on your interest and what you want to do.

You are at an early stage. You can work out miracles in life. So, think of your aptitude only at this stage. Keep your targets and try to reach them. You will certainly reach them.

Hi Himanshu,
If you have completed your 12th, you must have known by now which subject interests you more, you can choose accordingly. There is no specific subject required to take your IAS however History, Geography, Sociology , Political Science and Economics are among the most covered topics with political Science and Economics being the most common amongst IAS test takers. Also Economics is good since it gives both quants and theory aspects. To clear IAS in the first attempt you need to prepare rigorously and start the preparation 9 - 12 months before the exam date. Yes, I agree with stuti and would like to add something to it. Many private colleges do have their own criteria and exams for admission process and if you can't enter through JEE, still you have options for these private colleges. If you are looking for West Bengal then I would like to suggest for UEM Kolkata the best for engineering for its good working placement cell and trained faculties for best education. To know more about the college and its admission process visit the link https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-engineering-and-management-kolkata-47398.

Sanyam, with these JEE marks, you won't be getting a good college through JOSAA. Even otherwise too also you won't get a good college.
Try for admission in some good private universities like Lovely, Amity, Manipal, etc where with their own tests they take admission. Clear the test and go for admission.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some even offer scholarships.
Good luck.
