There are plenty of professional courses available for Commerce students to choose from.
For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe PhD or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB. The mainstay of commerce students since years.
One also has the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, CPA, actuary among others.
Various certification courses conducted by many institution across the country like certified risk manager, courses on stock market by nse/bse etc.
There's this option of going for government jobs and preparing for that.
Choose wisely.

The minimum percentage in 12th board exam is 75% for general category and 65% for SC, ST and PWD candidates. They would ask for the overall percentage so that your total marks are not a factor in this calculation.
You need to have 75% or be in the top 20 percentile that is you should be in the top 20% candidates in your board. This is the required condition.

Hi Simranjot,
If you meet admission requirements you can definitely study. Different universities have different requirements. If you are from a medical stream you must apply for a related program. Usually Canadian universities are very competitive. Around 75% is required by most of them. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. You only need to write your IELTS and score an overall of 6.5 with no band less than 6 and have 12th score of above 60-65%. There may be a few universities which will admit above 55% also but IELTS score is the minimum I have mentioned. All the best!
