Hi Devasheesh,
What you should do next will depend on your interests and aptitude. Clearly, you are not quite strong in maths so perhaps you should avoid courses requiring strong skills in maths. Figure our what you like and what you want. As a PCM student you may pursue non-science courses too such as BBA, Design, etc.

If you have decided about your further plans with commerce go for it. Be confident about urself. Tell your parents about your plans even ask them why they want you to take science. Relax, think and then only take your decision.

For the past two academic sessions, the admission process was conducted by DTE. 85%seats were reserved for Maharashtra domicile candidate. Entrance exam considered for those seats was MBA CET. Kindly visit DTE's website to know more about the same.

If you want to become a software engineer then following are the options in front of you in order of precedence:
(a) B.Tech CSE or B.Tech IT
(b) BCA-MCA
(c) B.Sc-M.Sc CS or B.Sc-M.Sc IT.
Nowadays it is difficult to get a software engineer job if you are engineer with a degree such as Mechanical, Civil, Chemical etc. not from above mentioned IT background degrees. Mass Media qualification is for becoming journalist.

Yes, you get a college on the basic of your class 12th marks as your marks in boards are good You should try in a private college which gives admission on the basis of class 12th marks such as Galgotias University, Chitkara University, DIT University and Tulla Institute.

It will be difficult to get admission in top 5 universities for engineering courses. But you can try for courses in arts, media, design, etc. if you are interested in them. Have you taken any standardised tests like SAT or ACT.

Pros: Youll gets a lot more time to study for JEE. There will be minimal if any, requirements for attendance. You will probably have to go to school 1/2 days a week and on some weeks, not at all. Since you will not be bogged down by a daily school routine, you will be able to devote more time for JEE prep. This obviously means better preparation, better rank, a good branch in an old IIT.
But that was obvious. The cons are not obvious, however.
Cons: As of now, you believe (or have been led to believe) JEE is the ultimate goal in your life. Once you crack JEE, you will have succeeded in your quest. You'll realise that this is a ridiculous
