Hello Hitesh,
It's very nice to a person who wants to make a career in sports. Bravo !! There are plenty of colleges of Physical Education. If you get admission, you will pass out with a degree of B P Ed. But a word of caution. For full time career it's better to join an academy like Gopichand's for Badminton in Hyderabad.

Join a undergraduate course like BA or B.Sc from any stream and prepare for civil services exam. You can also go for the Bank related exams.

No, of course not. You need to have all the required documents. Even if you apply for second cutoff and get selected in it but at the time of selection you will be disqualified.
