Yes you can pursue MBBS even after having a 3 years gap in education. But you have to appear the common entrance examination- NEET. And also make sure that you fulfil all the eligibility criterias.

If the 6th subject is an optional subject and the aggregate if the 5 subjects is 50% and above, you can get admission in any college for mass communication.

Scholarships in USA at the undergraduate level are very less. Also, each university has its own rules. You will have to approach all prospective colleges to obtain information.

Yes, you will get an admission for MBBS after 3 years gap from 12th standard but not exceeding the age limit of NEET examination. The upper age limit is 25 years and five years extra for SC / ST. Please check the age limit with current nomination of NEET.
