You can pursue your BA in an area of your choice and pursue a B.Ed program after it. You can focus on teaching and educational administration which should meet your requirements.

Yes, it may affect the cutoff for JoSAA. As you have mentioned the cutoff for MANIT was 2500 for SC category. It may go up to 500 which means the cutoff can go up to 2000 (SC category).

Yes you can pursue a regular BA course after 12th NIOS. But, you must check the college websites for the eligibility requirements.

BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Large Indian IT companies and MNCs do not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role and these companies may hire for junior developer or Application support jobs. If there are no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA before seeking a job in IT industry. MCA graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Sc IT grads for Application development and Maintenance jobs.
