I'd suggest against taking up engineering if you're not sure of what you want to do, because it's a rat race out there, and you'll regret it later. I'd suggest you choose between the other two.

You may opt for 5 years BSL LLB program. You may opt for BA liberal arts. If you have studies mathematics you may opt B.Sc computer science or BCA. Hello,
Scholarships in MIT are need-based that is offered basis your financial background. Quite obviously you will be considered for a scholarship once you have been shortlisted and you will need an extraordinary profile to be considered. IIT JEE Advanced is not even required. You must take the SAT and SAT subject tests and the TOEFL. Apart from a very high academic percentile in 12th you must have an all-rounder profile and must have good scores in the SAT and TOEFL.

As per UK rankings, University of Bath, University of Durham, University of Leeds, Manchester University, University of Reading, University of East Anglia, Cardiff, etc. are very good for marketing studies. You have to check the entry requirements on the university websites before applying.

Basically you have to appear for an admission test called CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), which takes place in first half of May every year. It is a test which test you on varied parameters, which are English, Verbal and nonverbal reasoning, basic quantitative aptitude, General knowledge and General awareness, and lastly Legal Aptitude.
