Hello Dheeran,
You need to score at least 75% marks in your board exams. Otherwise, even if you qualify JEE Main and Advanced, you cannot get any NIT or IIT.
So ,you cannot get any NIT or IIT as you have only 71% marks.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech. There are many colleges and you can try LPU (lovely professional University) .It is a good college.

The cut-off of JBIMS is generally 99.7 percentile and above (for CET) and 99.9(for CAT). So, accordingly, you need to score in these exams. And since JB participates in the CAP rounds, your past academic scores won't matter at all. Just score above the cutoff and you're safe.

It depends on your interest. If you are interested in computers, then you can go for B.Tech in IT or BCA.You can also go for B.Sc. It depends upon your interest.

Sorry, but you cannot appear for the JEE Mains exam as it needs 75% or above, but you can appear for NDA exam.

As you are in last month of admission session for B.Tech so there is approximately no entrance exam left all are over almost. so your 12th score is good so you try in counseling of college through your 12th marks.
