Hello Prakriti,
You have scored less than eligibility criterias for NITs, etc. in 12th. Hence, that option is ruled out. If your state is accepting JEE Mains score, then you have some chance of admission in Govt college.

Yes, anyone can opt for this branch but the imp things is that you are interested or not as talent matters a lot. Just think whether you love programming and coding. After that, go for a private or government college and work that hard that nobody could find a difference from students of top colleges and in you. Prepare accordingly.

If you are not getting a college like NIT, please try and find some other states for education and try to avoid Chattisgarh because many private colleges in Chattisgarh are worst
