There is no need to drop and wait for a year.
70 to 75% is fine but it all depends on your goals like what type of college you want and what course you want to do.

The chances are low as cut-offs for PUMBA are usually above 99 percentile. But, you should definitely give a try.

BCA. For IPU, the criteria to get into BCA is having maths or IP in class 12th. So if you had IP as a subject, you can apply for BCA.

You can apply for its entrance test or through CLAT or state CET, (but almost entrance tests are over). You can go for lateral entry.
