After 12th, you must complete your Bachelor degree in either Mechanical or Aeronautical or Aerospace engineering. Prospects in this area are very good and will depend on your academic ranking and skills. There are many sectors within this field itself. You may find engineering jobs in Airlines, Defence Ministry, Helicopter Companies, Aviation Companies, etc. Design and maintenance jobs are also available. And, not to forget RnD jobs. Top recruiters in India include Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), ISRO, DRDO, etc.

The answer will depend on the kind of job you want to do. Though there are many options like CA, CPA etc you must first know your own interests. You can take the Staff Selection Commission test (SSC) and be eligible for Grades C and D government jobs like Data Entry Operator, Lower Division Clerk, Railway clerks and constables etc.

Ideally, you can if you had mathematics. For certain universities like top ranked University of Alberta, the high school course does not matter. But you will need high CGPA or percentile. Since the admission requirements are different you have to check on the university websites. University of Ottawa, University of Windsor are other good options.
