VIT University offers b.arch courses probably form this year as they have given ads for that. the admission to B.Arch at VIT is based on your scores in NATA exam.
for admission into b.arch in NITs, you need to write JEE main paper 2.

These exams are meant for only those who want to do B.Tech courses after completing their 12th board exams. So only if you have completed the 12th standard, you can write these exams.
And your board scores must be 75% and the admission is based on the scores that you get in the respective exams.

Yes, if you're qualified in JEE Mains, you can get a seat at NITs and you can also go for JEE Advanced.

Hello Ravi,With 53% marks, you need to analyse your strengths and weaknesses. Why so less marks? You can pursue B Com or arts or fine arts. Actually, you have this opportunity to prove yourself by working hard & scoring well in wherever you take admission.

Yes, you can apply for improvement.
You will have to give improvement exams for both the subjects you have failed in.

It means you have to give improvement exam next year.

You can do normal graduation.
That would be best for you.
If not then you can do BBA.
