After 12th, whole world opens for you. But you should choose a career in which you have passion. Do you want to be an entrepreneur or you want to work or study further? Passion should be your key word.

If you want to become an IAS officer, you better choose BA as it will help you in your preparations a lot. Choose economics as your honor and keep in touch with the current events. Go through the newspaper everyday and read magazines regularly as it will boost up your general ability as well as brush up your vocabulary skills. History, geography and political science are the subjects that you will be taught in BA. If you choose other options like B.Tech, then it will be a little difficult for you.

You have following option to select from based on your maths and economics background:
(a) BA/ BA Hons Economics
(b) B.Sc maths
(c) B.Com or B.Com Honors
(d) BBA/BMS/BBE
(f) BCA
(g) Hotel Management
(h) NDA in non-technical arms
(I) Change to any humanities subjectYou can choose any of the option based on your interests and preferences.

The most common choices are:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Masters of Commerce (M.Com)
Masters of Business Administration (MBA finance)
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Certified Public Accounting (CPA)
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Business Accounting and Taxation (BAT)

Go for graduation from Delhi University. Admissions are based on class XII merit.

If you want to make career in business administration related field, then go for BBA and if you are interested in hotel management, then go for it.
After BBA, you can go for MBA provided you do MBA from a good college so that it would be better for your future and career growth.
