The whole new world opens up after 12th. There are plenty of courses. Photography, fine arts, home science, dietitian, dancing, journalism, law, commerce. Issue should be what's it that your heart desires. Just follow it.

It's no problem at all. First, decide what correct spelling you desire. If it's same as in matriculation certificate, then nothing to worry. Just seek correction of name based on matriculation certificate.

The important thing which would concern various IT companies when they visit for placements would be how well you are with your fundamentals. By fundamentals, the needle is pointed towards your current BCA course. How much you had scored in your previous classes would be of less concern compared to what you are currently doing. You should focus hard on your current course, try to learn extra languages if possible with additional supplements of certified company courses.

A few common things I see among diploma students is:
They are more dedicated and punctual when it comes to completing assignments or documenting practicals.Their average scores in internals and tests are very high.
However, without too much sugar-coating:
Their mathematical skills border on horrible. This can be amplified in relevant engineering courses, like complexity analysis of algorithms.In general, the communication skill of a diploma student is less developed than someone who has studied languages for 2 more years(11th and 12th).They believe that the above two point

In the latest move, the Central government has decided to roll back its predecessor's decision of assigning 40 percent weightage to class 12 board exam marks for admission to the various NITs, three years after it was introduced.
The change, to be effective from the next academic year, is expected to be notified soon,according to Indian Express.

If you find interest in hotel management, you can also pursue that. You have a pretty good score in class 12th. So,you can also do Bachelor in a subject you like. If you want to go in teaching line, you can do B.El.Ed. It all depends on your interest.
