Hi Aniket, This is a decision you must take on the basis of your interests. There could be many options after PCB such as nursing, environmental science, agriculture, nutrition and dietetics, food technology, pharmacy, audiology and much more. Research on these subjects, nobody can tell you which is best for you since it varies from person to person. All these programs have good scope in Canada. You must know your areas of strengths so that you excel in your class and enhance your career prospects too.

You should write NDA/NA examination which will be held twice a year (April & September). To qualify in NDA examination, you should work hard in English Grammar (I would suggest you to read 'NDA Pathfinder') and in maths. Also, you should be well aware of the general knowledge related to our own country and should fix your timespan of answering a question.
Following these will be enough to crack this exam.

You can pursue any graduation course, but as per my knowledge, you cannot apply for government exams because of the age limit.

Firstly, I would like to say no, if you don't get any good Tier-1 or Tier-2 college because if you complete your engineering from any local college then you won't get a good job. In a case like this, you should opt for some other course.
