If you have biology subject, you can go for medical apply for medical entrance exam. And, if you want to be engineer than apply for engineer entrance exam. Or else, you have many other option like:
B.Sc
BCS
BBM
BBA
B.Pharm

This year, may be cut-off will be down as CBSE will not give grace marks to any student. You can also go for that courses which cut-off is low such as B.Sc in mathematical science.

Software engineering degrees such as B.Tech CS/IT/SE or BCA or B.Sc CS/IT have compulsory basic course on Programming languages and data structures. Therefore, students who have not done any Programming language course in 10+2 stage are not in any disadvantage. However, it will be good that all student learn basic computers Science and at least one Programming language in their spare time during 10+2 stage.

Opt for B.Sc in physics,B.Sc in mathematics or B.Sc in chemistry.
If not the options above then opt for BCA, B.Com, etc.

If you feel engineering is not in your aptitude and interest list then opt out but before that get an aptitude test done like Harrison assessment. This will help you to get your career path.
