I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing Computer Science Engineering. To be able to pursue engineering, you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your 12th standard examination and you need to score a minimum of 50 percent throughout, as well as 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible for engineering in most colleges (IITs demand 75 percent while other government colleges including NITs demand 60 percent). If you satisfy these eligibility criteria, you can opt for Computer Science Engineering.

Commerce and science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/ design, business, finance and banking. In science, you have engineering and medical.
