Hi Chandrabhan,
With arts stream, there is nothing to worry about. But what you need to do is write to the colleges and ask them personally if NIOS qualification will be accepted. NIOS is no doubt recognised globally but every university has their specific requirement. I am sure you will find options. Check and contact TAFE institutes too.

What is the best course for you is upto you to decide. Know your strengths. You may have other interests so analyze your skills. Journalism, business management courses can also be taken up.
