Yes, you can apply, even NIOS board certificate is eligible for further education in any of the universities or you can also apply for government jobs. You need to check the admission cutoff for particular programme which you want to pursue.

It's not necessary as generally, you get admission on the basis of your HSC marks and in some cases, you need to appear for an entrance. If you are good with your HSC concept, you will make it even without a coaching.

Hi,
Do not feel lost. First of all, identify your area of interest and evaluate your strengths. So, now you will know what you want to do further. If you feel, you do not have an interest in regular academics then look for some technical fields and go ahead. You can also appear for civil services exam but need to have a graduate degree. You can appear for NDA after completing class 12th.
Do not waste your years. Think and decide fast.
