Courses in 10+2 don't provide any special combinations for an understanding of chemical engineering as the syllabus of chemistry for 10+2 doesn't include in-depth knowledge. Physics, chemistry, mathematics and a fourth subject of the student's choice is what can be opted for studying chemistry in 10+2. For better insight into chemical engineering, It's recommended to pursue Diploma in chemical engineering rather than 10+2 followed by B.Tech.

If you have just completed your 10+2 then you must take a 1-year break for the preparing for CA or CS.
With same as your interest for maths and accounts.
If you haven't completed your 10+2 then I must say you have to complete it first with the amount of enough grades that makes you eligible for various exam and then you can search for various colleges for B.Com. BBA, or can do the same as the first idea.
There is a college named as UPES in Uttarakhand you can go for it also.

Things are actually very dynamic in life. Normally, after engineering, marks of 12th loose their relevance. But then for a recruiter if two engineers are equal but only one can be taken then different filters are required. This is one such filter.
