Unfortunately these days, admissions in engineering colleges is through some or the other entrance exam like JEE Mains or CET conducted by state govt. Marks obtained in 12th only decide yes or no.

If you are from Latur, then this college appears to be ok. Else, how many other colleges are available to students in Latur? If you have done your 10th and from here, it is much better.

You can apply for some private course as there are many courses which do'not your percentage and all. You can try there once so that you can start your career.

You did not mention your subjects but here are some options after PCM:
B.E./B.Tech
B.Sc
B.Arch
Defence
Navy
and so on.
If you have interest subjects other than engineering, you can see B.Com, BBA, B.Sc-LLB etc.

Because during completion of BITSAT 2017 exam form, they are not asked about your marks in 12th standard.
