You have not mentioned anything about yourself. Please tell me how do I advise you? If you have taken Science then you can go for either medical or Engineering. If you have taken commerce then you can think of B Com & later finance Specialisation. Please put up another detail question if this doesn't satisfy you.

Joining IIT is very straight forward. Firstly, ensure that you score at least 75% in the boards. Then study well so that you score at least more than cutoffs in JEE Mains so that you become eligible to appear in JEE Advanced. Now this is the final hurdle. Study really well so that you are in 90+ percentile so that you get branch and IIT of your choice.

You are close to the dark horse, if you have MAT 95 above apply some more tier I MAT colleges like SIMSREE government of MH (check upto the final list, 98 can apply), PUMBA, Pune University (low fee high ROI) or try through higher CAT, it can provide you a secured and sustainable job profile. Feel free to write me. Follow my profile for more.

If you are from Science stream, you may check BBA, B.Sc, B.Sc IT, etc. Can you specify your subject interests and stream so that I can suggest you in a better way?

If you get above 60% in pcm in +2 and crack jEE Mains or state joint with moderately good score, you can pursue B.Tech in automobile engineering from a good Institute.
