No, 12th class and graduation marks are not important for UPSC exams. Only the minimum criteria of 50% should be fulfilled. For some positions and vacancies minimum marks may be greater than 50% but they do not give any weightage to these marks in selection criteria.

BBA is a professional degree as compared to B.Com and B.Com is an academic degree. So, for job opportunities in MNC companies or for further career, prefer BBA. BBA is good and will be the best option for you.

Hello Abhijith,
You have seen your performance in three different exams and reviewing your options is very nice thing to do. I suggest you take either commerce or arts and then do MBA in finance or HR.

Hello Suraj,
Normally, choice of students is to seek admission in any government college rather than private. Hence, one needs to have higher ranking to get admission there. Based on your JEE Mains score, it seems difficult to get admission in any government college.

Hello Aadil,
Normally speaking no entrance exam is conducted for admission in B.Sc. Just check with admission staff of the college where you intend to do this for any clarification, etc. You have not mentioned your place of residence or state hence name of specific college can't be recommended.
