To get into IIM for MBA, you need to first pursue a graduation degree first. Here, you can decide on which field do you wish to pursue graduation. There are many option like B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA, B.Tech, etc. After you have pursued graduation, you can appear for CAT entrance examination and if your rank is too good, you can enrol into IIM for MBA course.

The kind of job you get depends on your grades as well as on your interview with the company. For that, along with your studies, you need to improve your speaking skills, listening, skills your body language, dressing sense and general etiquettes. It is better to make them your habit so you will look normal.
