Hello Hari,
I appreciate your interest in Computers. If you are from a Science background (with Mathematics), you can opt for B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology. You can also opt for BCA or go for B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science. If you are from Commerce background with Mathematics, you can opt for BCA. If you didn't have Mathematics in 12th standard, then you are not eligible for any regular course in Computer Science.

If you're interested in Computer & Programming, go for BCA. If not, then BBA will be good option. First, concentrate on your graduation, plan about your Masters.

NATA is conducted for B.Arch. If you are good in drawing and have command on that, you can easily crack NATA and should know about architects, buildings, material used, techniques, designs, perspective drawing and general knowledge about architecture.

After 12th, a student is eligible to take the foundation course. The examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December. Candidates who pass the foundation examination are eligible to seek registration.
It has 3 levels preliminary, intermediate and final level.
The final examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of the final examination. Enrolment is open throughout the year. For appearing in the June examination, enrolment is open up to September and for appearing in December examination, enrolment is completed by March.

No, if you are from general category, you should not apply for it as the cut-off will be very high. You can try for ITM Mumbai, Christ University-Bangalore, Alliance University-Bangalore, NIA Pune, SIES-Mumbai and Welingkar-Mumbai.

Hi,
Yes, you will get the certificate, if you clear 5 subject out of 6 subjects in class 12th and this is followed by most of the schools. You can also check with the particular board for the confirmation.
