You do have chances of getting a call. To apply, you can go to the website of the college and apply or you can also apply from the website of IMT-Ghaziabad. The application form available at IMT Ghaziabad's website is for all the three colleges i.e. Ghaziabad, Nagpur and Hyderabad.

Your academic profile is not suitable for Canada. 57% is very low and also your IELTS score is not up to the mark. There might be colleges who can send you an admission offer but visa chances are less. You can check colleges under SPP who can accept your profile but visa chance is dicey. Kindly, note that you can apply for a student visa only after you apply to a college and receive the admission offer from the college. Try retaking the IELTS and improve your English skills. Less chances to get IIT-KGP at this score, a score around 90-95 percentile is a good score to get a call from IIT-KGP.
